COVID Protocols

Palm Arts prioritizes the safety and security of our patrons, artists, staff and community.   We are committed to following the CDC guidelines and the San Miguel County Public Health Orders while providing the best patron experience for your visit.  Please note, masks are required to be worn for ALL events at the Palm Arts Complex.

TELLURIDE SCHOOL DISTRICT PROTOCOL: For Telluride School District events and events directed primarily to the school community, entry to the Palm Arts complex will be governed by the COVID polices established by the Telluride School District.  At present, the Telluride School District is not requiring proof of vaccination or COVID testing for admission to such events.

PALM ARTS PROTOCOL: For Palm Arts and other non-school related events, entry to the Palm Arts complex will require proof of COVID vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test that has been taken within 72 hours of the event.  This requirement will accompany event listings in the Palm Arts calendar of events and during the ticket purchasing process.  Admittance to an event will be denied if patrons cannot provide proper credentials. For ticket holders who are unable to meet the venue requirements, refunds will be provided but must be requested in an email to at least three business days in advance of the scheduled performance.

We ask for patience and respect as we work diligently to keep our venue safe for our community, guests, artists and employees.

  • If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home.
  • Wash hands often and use hand sanitizer where available.
  • Masks must be worn appropriately (covering the nose and mouth) at all times in our theatre spaces
  • Ticket purchasers are responsible for communicating Palm Arts’ entry rules to whomever they provide tickets.

Palm Arts thanks you for your understanding and cooperation as we transition protocols for our venue.  If you are not yet comfortable attending the venue under current protocols, although we will miss your presence, we ask that you consider not attending at this time. Please note that health and safety protocols may be revised in the future based on data specific to COVID-19 disease trends in San Miguel County.

Thank you and stay well!
